You will not be provided with support unless you have proof of purchase.
You are not guaranteed support if you lack basic common-sense
NO SINGLE PLAYER SUPPORT
After initial delivery, It is the customers responsibility to maintain and safekeep the product . MRU cannot and will not help you 6+ months later to re deliver your assets
